Where defects get caught
Three gates, in order, before anything leaves the building. Then the labelling and paperwork for the shelf it is going to land on.
- 01
Gate 1 — Fabric in
Roll goods checked for weight, shade and faults before they reach the cutting table.
- 02
Gate 2 — In-line
Seam integrity, dimensions and closure function checked during sewing, not after.
- 03
Gate 3 — Final
Piece-by-piece review against the approved sample, then packing and carton audit.
